Cancellation of bookings (already paid for upfront within 48Hrs/2days of booking will be refunded in full. (exceptions will be made for unforeseen emergencies). If client that has booked & paid has not arrived by 5pm, or does not show up & does not cancel by 5pm, will only get a 50% refund. If client does not arrive and does not cancel, there will be no refund. On receipt of a payment for booking, confirmation receipt will be forwarded to the client.
* All major credit/debit cards, EFT and cash are accepted. A copy of your ID/Passport will be required when settling with a credit card. (Dinners and American Express are not accepted)
